- Vocational Training Centre:-
(Tailoring/Embroidary, Furniture, Handicraft, Bamboo & Cane work) for men and women. our vocational training centre was recognized by the Government of Meghalaya through the Directorate of Industries, Meghalaya Shillong Vide RGD No 1707010 dt.3.3.99 the same was recognized by the central social welfare Board,New Delhi and NehruYuva Kendra Sangathan Shillong, in this Centre some trade are introduce I.e Furniture carpentry tailoring and Embroidery and typing. Course duration for 6months upto 1 year.
- School for under Privileged Children up to class vii standard:-
The school for under privilege children was established in the year 2004 during initial stage there were admitted 35 childrens of nursery class with two teachers in the years 2005 the enrolment is 75-80 students gradually with 3 teachers class was open up to Primary Level 2006 the school was upgrade to Upper primary Level till 2009 the enrolment was 150 student with 6 six teacher the school was supported by the SSA only for two Teacher of Lower Primary the rest of the total expenditure has to be burned by the Organization.
- Special study centre of Indira Gandhi national open University (IGNOU) course for BPP, BDP,CFN, etc for drop out student. With active support and guidance of the Regional Director IGNOU, Shillong region our Association have been approved by the Indira Gandhi National open University New Delhi, as one of the special study centre under Ribhoi District courses offer for BPP Six Months BDP 3yrs CFN 6 month and many courses and IGNOU programmes can get information from the centre.
- Promote of SHG’s and facilitating of grass root level farmer:-
The Association believed that “A farmer is the backbone of economic Development”, especially in Ribhoi District a region which is most fertile in the state and which is best suited for agriculture. The Association is taking care and special interest in this field hence with active cooperation and support ,either physically and financially from the Department of Agriculture, Horticulture and ICAR the Association has been able to conduct various training programme and various Demonstration Camp in various field involving the grassroots level farmers and promotion of SELF GROUP etc.
- Youth Development centre:-
To encourage and develop the mental skill and physical abilities of the youth and to have them engaged in meaningful way of life free from alcoholic, drugs etc and from antisocial element in collaboration with NYKS the Association has setup of a Youth development centre some entertainment and indoor and out door game were organized from time to time. Besides under the Chief minister Youth Development Schemes grated by the Deputy Commissioner Ri-Bhoi District , Nongpoh Youth camp, Youth Leadership training programmes and role of a Youth in rural development programme training inside and outside had been conducted by the Association.
