Member:
The organization is functioning on the strong support of its members, volunteer and staff, comprising of more than 110 members along with the support of different organization and Government department ,who are the support partners in its operation .
Networking:
The different Government department that are partnering from time to time in the implementation and facilitating the different activities to the communities are –DRDA, DIC, District Planning department ,D.C Office, Agriculture, Horticulture, Health Department ,District social Welfare officer, Meghalaya state Social Welfare Board PHC,CHC N.E.H.U ICAR,IGNOU,KVIC,KVIB, Education Department (SSA NYK) Vety Department, ISI New Delhi, ISI Bengalore , V. V. GIRI National Institute NOIDA PHE and others.
Patners:
The organization has a closed tie- ups relationship with many NGO’s from the District of Ribhoi and state of Meghalaya as well as from outside the state and within the country .These NGO’s are partnering in different project implementation and in procuring the different information from the district as well as from the organization of the state of Meghalaya to ensure implementation of all the programme and issues.
Besides the organization is also trying to extend the help to the interior part of the district to render services to them setting up tailoring unit for women who are in needs for help and protection, and also building a network for better understanding .For doing so, the organization is forming the self Help Group (SHG) .There are many different groups monitored SHG that are functioning under the supervision of the Organization. These group are located at different areas of the district doing their operation in their respective places .
